About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Packaging Manager to lead our packaging operations. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the packaging process, from sourcing materials and managing inventory to ensuring quality control and on-time delivery. This role plays a key part in our continued growth and success.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the packaging process, including material selection, sourcing, and inventory management.
• Manage a team of packaging personnel, including providing training and development opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to quality control standards and procedures.
• Implement and maintain efficient packaging processes, identifying areas for improvement and cost savings.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure packaging solutions meet both functional and aesthetic requirements.
• Work closely with production and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new packaging technologies.
• Develop and implement cost-effective packaging solutions.
• Manage and maintain packaging equipment.
• Prepare and maintain packaging-related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a packaging management role.
• Strong understanding of packaging materials and processes.
• Proven experience in managing and motivating a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with packaging software (preferred).
